Bio

I started with BRCI in February of 2025 and serve as the Customer Service Coordinator. In my role, I apply strong interpersonal and communication skills to support clients, manage multiple priorities effectively, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. Meeting client needs and maintaining a positive service experience are central to my work.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education with an emphasis in science and math, which has provided me with a solid foundation in organization, problem-solving, and clear communication.

Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy everything science fiction & fantasy, showing my Labradors in various venues under the kennel prefix ‘SciFi’, and pursuing creative projects such as webpage design, graphic arts, and photography.
